I first met Sean Smith while he was working for Ullman Sails in San Diego. I was immediately impressed with his engaging nature and his attention to detail. Fast forward seven years when I was looking for a yacht salesman to list and sell my 40 foot sailboat. I had spoken to a number of salespersons about listing my boat, but when I bumped into Sean at my marina I instantly knew Sean was the person I would choose to list my boat.
I could not be happier with that decision. From the moment we first discussed the listing Sean was attentive, thorough, and gave me great suggestions based on his extensive experience. When I first viewed the online listing Sean had created for the online yacht sales sites, I was impressed with the photographs as well as the well written listing. The photos revealed Sean’s knowledge of what a potential buyer would want to see. His photos really showed my boat as well as could be hoped. Throughout the sale process, Sean’s responsiveness and attention to detail continued to impress me.
Sean’s best trait however, is his engaging personality. He was always positive and truthful and I always had complete confidence that Sean was representing my best interests. I also had confidence that a potential buyer would also feel comfortable and confident with Sean representing them. I was not surprised that Sean ended up as the selling agent as well as the listing agent. Both parties, buyer and seller, felt very comfortable with Sean. Sean takes his fiduciary responsibilities seriously and was always very professional throughout the entire process.
In short, I couldn’t be more pleased with Sean’s performance as my listing and selling agent.
