Last December, Christopher Hughes from BoatTEST.com spent two days in France touring several of the BENETEAU’s manufacturing facilities.

Inside two of the factories, the testing laboratory and the wood workshop, BoatTEST took a detailed look at the processes and materials employed in the construction of all BENETEAU sailboats and powerboats, and attended several presentations from key personnel.

Christopher Hughes admitted being very impressed with the level of organization and the care that was taken by all team members in every step of the process. Mr. Hughes further commented: “The level of detail applied to quality assurance was one of the highest I have witnessed in more than the 160 factories I have visited around the world.”
